Hello church family and happy May!

We are in the middle of Lent and together as a church we are following Simon Peter’s journey with Jesus. So far, this Lenten season, we have learned that Jesus chooses us to be disciples (2/18) and that Jesus is with us when we’re scared (2/25). During Faith Formation in March, we will be learning to follow God’s way (3/10), that Jesus teaches us how to take care of each other (3/17), and that Jesus wasn’t the kind of king people expected (3/24, Palm Sunday). Our lessons align with the messages during worship, so you may want to discuss what you learned from Faith Formation and the worship service together as a family. You could learn a lot from each other!

Mission Trip registration is now open for our summer youth mission trip! Please see the information graphic for more information and to sign up. Registration will be open through March 31st. Our trip in 2023 was a wonderful experience and I’m really looking forward to serving with our youth through Hosanna Industries in June.
