About our Church Building
Lakewood Congregational Church has a strong history of sharing space with people in our community to gather and cultivate meaningful connection. It’s a joy to share our building with members, neighbors, families, ministry partners, and community groups for a variety of events and opportunities.
Some of our ongoing rental partnerships include: Alcoholics Anonymous, Cleveland Pride Band, Red Cross, Korean Karate Center, and Colors+ Youth Center.

ADA Accessibility
We have accessible entrances on the East and West side of the building.
Our elevator, which goes from the basement (Social Hall Level) to the second floor (Sanctuary Level) is located next to the parking lot entrance (on the East side of the building).
In addition to our main elevator, a new platform lift was installed in 2024, which welcomes people with mobility needs to our Social Hall Stage.
LCC has all-gender, accessible restrooms with changing tables on the first and second floor.

LCC Columbarium

The LCC Columbarium was dedicated in September 1994, as a place available to members of LCC for the interment of ashes after cremation.
It is located in the room directly behind the sanctuary. The location provides easy access by the stairs or elevator and is quiet and private. There are 210 niches, 12x12x12 inches, for an urn or container.

New! West Clifton Art Gallery
Our West Clifton Art Gallery Wall was installed in early 2026, and features a rotation of art exhibits from our church community.
